I taught myself to knit from a book as a child, and ever since then I have been fascinated with this wonderful needle art. My speciality is lace knitting - particularly the beautiful stitch patterns made famous by the people of the Shetland Isles.
I now create my own miniature knitting patterns. Each pattern is painstakingly written down as it is knitted, then it is typed up and reknitted again. Any necessary changes are made to the pattern and then a final sample is made. Complex patterns are test knitted independantly before being released.
The patterns are printed on quality paper with a colour photo of the finished product on the front, and a full list of materials and needles required printed on the back of the pattern for your convenience. Each pattern comes in a plastic pouch for protection.
The patterns are rated for the level of difficulty in working. Some of my knitting patterns also require basic crochet skills. They are written using ENGLISH KNITTING TERMINOLOGY, but I am able to translate them to American terminology if you wish. Just indicate this at the time of ordering.
