I have been an avid crochet fan since childhood. I taught myself to crochet from a book, and I even taught my Mother how to crochet as well! As a teenager I used to crochet garments for a local wool shop, and later for a private business which sold to boutiques.
In more recent years I have turned my crochet skills to miniatures - sometimes converting full-sized doily patterns into miniature tablecloths but often creating and adapting my own designs.
My favourite style of crochet is Irish Crochet with three dimensional motifs, but I also do other forms as well.
These patterns have been painstakingly noted as they were created, then the pattern instructions are typed out and the item is crocheted again. Any amendments to the pattern are made before a final sample is created.
Each pattern is rated for level of difficulty. The patterns are written using ENGLISH CROCHET TERMINOLOGY, but I am able to translate them to American terminology if you wish. Just indicate this at the time of ordering.
